Frank Marwood was a Circus sideshow performer during the turn of the 19th century.

Billed as the “Tattooed Man” throughout the world, Frank became famous from the Buffalo Bill Wild West show, Buffalo Bill who’s real name was (William Frederick Cody, 1846-1917) was a well known American hero from fighting Indians. This pitch card was used to promote his act at a circus in Paris, 1905.
